Refund policy

Return Policy for Digital Products

We offer a 30-day return policy for digital products, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a return if the file has not been downloaded. If you receive the wrong file or the product is not as described, we can also offer a return or replacement, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been downloaded after the purchase unless the file is incorrect or does not match the product description. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a return, except in cases where the file was incorrect or misrepresented.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

If you experience any technical issues with your digital file or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds for digital files that have been downloaded. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to request a return or cancellation of your digital order within 14 days, provided that the file has not been downloaded.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request, we will notify you and automatically issue a refund. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
